“The only grumble I would have is using a second company for the direct debit. They sent me a huge amount of paperwork plus a booklet which i basically do not have time to read. Dont usually have to sign a loan agreement form when buying direct debit as its not actually a loan. And their interest rate was also very high. Will pay in full next year if price is competitive.”

I advised them to play all of the recorded messages with me to the management as a lesson learned on how not to treat a loyal customer.”
