“The Edifier R1280DB speakers are excellent for the price. Build quality is solid and the sound output very good in both the treble & bass ranges which are easy to adjust to your preference. I bought these to replace old Bose cube speakers and with the aim of reducing the number of components in our porch. These speakers eliminated the Bose Bass Expander plus a Denon amp & a Bluetooth receiver. The only downside for me is that my 40yr old Technics record deck doesn't have a preamp so an upgrade is required ( long overdue ) ! Overall I'm very pleased and impressed with the Edifier speakers.”
