“The colours of the blanket are beautiful warm colours greens,red, little black. Despite asking beforehand that the embroidery be somewhere on the same palette as the actual blanket, but instead an unrelated steel grey. Would have been fine on cool colours but near spoiled the blanket. I would have paid double to have a complimentary colour - even black would have been fine. It happened before but I thought it was because that item was in the sale. The picnic blanket was part of 'scottish' themed wedding present for a young couple in the South of England - so what I hoped a potentially fantastically classy item was negated by the embroidery. Think it should be clearer 'we will only embroider in grey' .”

This is very important to our team :) Embroidery is the perfect way to personalise and add that special finishing touch! . I am really sorry to hear the embroidery was not exactly how you are expecting. We use an understated soft grey thread that is gentle on sensitive skin since we believe this is the colour that best complements our designs.
