“I sent an email stating that there should be full stops between the Initials ( Didnt think I should have had to point this out as they were in the initials box) and never received a reply consequently my scarf was sent with initials as one word.”

Our warehouse team are super speedy, so while we do our absolute best to ensure we pick up every email before the order is dispatched, we are often unable to make amendments to orders after they're placed.
