I use this powder almost daily, added with some marmite and my homemade bone jelly. I do feel it benefits my health and my skin looks more hydrated. I was interested in your jar of bone broth concentrate (save me from boiling bones for 6hours) then noticed the salt content! Wondered why you added it at all ‍♂️ 14.3g seems very high!

I'm pretty sure me taking your beef bone broth protein has kept me from catching colds. I take it in a mug with a teaspoon of marmite. I use a small coffee frother to mix it together with the boiled water. It's a very satisfying drink.

I recently made the switch to Freja to boost my protein and collagen intake, which helps me feel fuller for longer, and I’m really enjoying it! I've reduced my portion size because I feel quite satisfied. I use it every time I cook, and I must say, I love both the beef and chicken flavors. They’re fantastic for thickening and seasoning my dishes, and they're perfect for soups! Whenever I'm adding seasoning, I always toss in a scoop or two. This change has helped me transition to eating two meals a day, which has contributed to shifting some excess weight. I also use the plain flavor for a shake around lunchtime, which increases my protein intake for the day. Now, I'm on two meals a day plus my shake, and I've lost 7 kg so far! 6 stars from me

I have been taking bone broth for quite a while now and I am sure that it is helping my muscles and skin! It's on order every month and can skip a month if I have enough! I put it in my breakfast every morning! Will continue!

I love this….i do add a half teaspoon of marmite to make it more palatable and use a powerful frothed to mix it! I haven’t suffered with colds sore throat’s or coughs since taking it! I make my own bone jelly and add a teaspoon of that too! It makes me feel healthy on the inside!
