I recently made the switch to Freja to boost my protein and collagen intake, which helps me feel fuller for longer, and I’m really enjoying it! I've reduced my portion size because I feel quite satisfied. I use it every time I cook, and I must say, I love both the beef and chicken flavors. They’re fantastic for thickening and seasoning my dishes, and they're perfect for soups! Whenever I'm adding seasoning, I always toss in a scoop or two. This change has helped me transition to eating two meals a day, which has contributed to shifting some excess weight. I also use the plain flavor for a shake around lunchtime, which increases my protein intake for the day. Now, I'm on two meals a day plus my shake, and I've lost 7 kg so far! 6 stars from me

I have been taking bone broth for quite a while now and I am sure that it is helping my muscles and skin! It's on order every month and can skip a month if I have enough! I put it in my breakfast every morning! Will continue!

I love this….i do add a half teaspoon of marmite to make it more palatable and use a powerful frothed to mix it! I haven’t suffered with colds sore throat’s or coughs since taking it! I make my own bone jelly and add a teaspoon of that too! It makes me feel healthy on the inside!

Doesn’t mix, very lumpy, poor considering the price. I got a refund for this in the end.

Hi Joanne, I am sorry to hear you are still finding the Beef Protein lumpy. I personally find the cornflour method the most effective to get it as smooth as possible; you just need to mix a small amount of water/milk into the powder and then stir until it becomes a paste, you can then add it to whatever you're making. This bone broth has literally changed my life, my joints are less painful and the shakes keep me fuller for longer. I use the powered bone broth for lots of things in cooking and enjoy it hot in the freja mug at night.

I add this to my shakes 3 or 4 times a week. If i am training more, or feeling under the weather at all, I double the measure. It really helps.

I have been using this instead of a protein / weight management shake. It's so much better. It's savory, which I prefer. It really does make me feel full and fuller for longer. It has collegen and amino's. I have been having one in the morning and evening with a healthy lunch mid day I am losing weight steadily. It's actually less expensive/ right about the same as other similar options when used as a weigh loss aid. I have subscribed and will continue to buy and use. Sachets and plain protein powder.
