Hi Joanne,
I am sorry to hear you are still finding the Beef Protein lumpy. I personally find the cornflour method the most effective to get it as smooth as possible; you just need to mix a small amount of water/milk into the powder and then stir until it becomes a paste, you can then add it to whatever you're making.

“This bone broth has literally changed my life, my joints are less painful and the shakes keep me fuller for longer. I use the powered bone broth for lots of things in cooking and enjoy it hot in the freja mug at night.”
“I have been using this instead of a protein / weight management shake.
It's so much better. It's savory, which I prefer.
It really does make me feel full and fuller for longer. It has collegen and amino's. I have been having one in the morning and evening with a healthy lunch mid day I am losing weight steadily. It's actually less expensive/ right about the same as other similar options when used as a weigh loss aid. I have subscribed and will continue to buy and use. Sachets and plain protein powder.”
“I like the fact that I'm drinking "good stuff!"
I was brought up on homemade broth and I believe in it's nutritional value.
Freja's bone broth is much easier than boiling bones for the hours required so I recommend it for its ease!
It can be difficult to mix together and I do recommend using a small hand mixer! You do get used to the taste which shows there's no artificial additives! It's particularly bland. I sometimes add a bit of Marmite to make it more palatable.”
Hi Carolyn,
Thanks so much for your thoughtful review - we love that you're enjoying the benefits without the faff of boiling bones for hours!
Our Bone Broth Protein Powder is made with just clean ingredients (no emulsifiers) which is why the cornstarch method or a small whizzer is the best way to get a smooth mix. And yes, it's designed to be unflavoured so you can stir it into anything - savoury or sweet. Marmite sounds like a great twist!
Thanks again for the lovely recommendation.
