“Great bundle and love the carton broths but not too keen on the instant so wouldn’t buy that one again but it was ok used as a stock. Would recommend as you can get 3 servings from each carton. Tea towel is a great addition to the box and have used the thermos a lot.”

“I have loved the chicken broth in the sachets, absolutely delicious. Today, when they were finished, I tried the beef - slight problem - immediate wind issues - and with me this is usually a gluten or dairy issue and as freja is meant to be gluten and dairy free I am slightly confused because I had not eaten anything else that could have caused this. Not sure I want to try the beef again but I really do not want to be walking around letting off wind all day so.....waste money or be a walking windbag.”

You may have experienced these effects due to the Beef having a higher collagen, protein and amino acid content. We'd suggest introducing it slowly to your diet.
