“Tried the chicken sachet first as a hot drink but way to peppery for my liking white pepper is so over powering ... then tried the beef in the carton very unimpressed quite bland and very watery ... saw in the advert it came out like jelly well this was like water from the tap ... the chicken carton was ok gave up drinking it so now trying it out with food seems better ... I love bone marrow so was expecting this to be close maybe my expectations were wrong”

I’m sorry to hear the Chicken Instant was too peppery for your taste and that the Beef Carton didn’t deliver the flavour or texture you were expecting. Our beef broth does naturally set into a jelly-like consistency when chilled - that’s a sign of high gelatin content and good quality bone broth - but once heated it should return to a smooth, silky liquid again.
It sounds like you’ve had a mixed experience so far, and I’m glad the Chicken Carton is working better for you when added to food. If you prefer a stronger, more concentrated flavour, our Beef Instant Bone Broth might be more up your street!
