“Poor customer service. I requested a guaranteed 1pm next day delivery at a additional £6 or so cost. Was very disappointed when the bag arrived 3 days later and needn’t have wasted my money on the next day delivery. When I got in touch with customer service on the situation I received no reply. Disappointing as the product itself is great but poor effort on behalf of the retailer.”

Dear Hannah, Apologies for the delay on your shipment we did despatch on next day to your order (as ordered after 2pm) on the 20th December and the item was delivered one day late on the 22nd December. We have refunded your next day delivery costs of £6.99 to your paypal account. Many thanks Matt

“Having owned a previous bag of the same make, I am familiar with the quality. This backpack has not disappointed, being extremely well made and perfect for what I need it for. I use it every day and don’t doubt it will last for years.”
