“I already own one of these bags. Either the quality has severely reduced or these are fake imitations. The most of differences are astounding. Anywhere from the logo being a different colour to the material feeling cheap.”

Thank for your review. I can assure you that all bags from swiss-store are genuine products, we receive them directly from Victorinox in Ibach, Switzerland. If you are unhappy with your bag, please use our free returns service and we can replace with a different bag or refund if you prefer. As a note, some of the new Wenger products now have the Swiss logo in grey, not a sign of an imitation. I agree there are many fakes around, but not from this store!

“I am very happy about this purchase. This backpack is made of good material and design looks fabulous. The structure is well designed as well. I use it for bringing my tablet, laptop, my cards, chargers, water bottle, umbrella, documents, and there is still plenty of space free. Occasionally, I use it for bringing clothes change including shoes. Side pockets are very tight which is good in my opinion as they keep well-fixed my umbrella and water bottle, the latter 5-6 cm diameter (otherwise it won't fit in). Overall I am super happy about the money spent. Hope it will last for 2-3 years.”

“I bought this item as a gift for my wife, expecting it to be almost identical to one which I bought 3+ years ago, by the same manufacturer. Have to say that it felt inferior, so a little disappointed with it.”
