“I had one problem with the heart rate sensor I couldn't find any instructions for pairing it with my cross trainer. A phone call to sweatband sorted it very quickly, it pairs automatically. The senor works really well so far. Would recommend.”

“2 lads turned up as described Made sure treadmill was in house as some weight to it The actual treadmill took a little longer than 2 hours to assemble by an hour. Product is great. We ordered the free heart monitor which didn’t arrive , however we where told in advance Got a call asking when we wanted it and that was also deliver by 2 people which I found so funny as can hold it between 2 fingers. This was 5 mins ago at 7 pm as stated. Jovi who spoke with knowledge and expertise made my decision for me for which company to go with. Happy from start to finish. Thankyou”
