“The reading from this device are not stable and as you sweat more they go all over the place. Had this been my only method of checking my heart rate I would have worried about a health issue. Fortunately my watch gives me an accurate reading so I don’t need to rely on it. The sensor was free and if I had to pay for it I would have certainly returned it and asked for a refund.”
