“Great product, great price, great service. I am delighted with my experience of both Sweatband and the DKN-AM Exercise Bike. Delivery was quick and the goods well packaged. Unpacking the parts, I was surprised at their quality - so much better than I expected. Assembly was relatively straightforward for a 75 y.o. due to a well laid out manual and packed parts and dedicated tools. The one problem I had in understanding the assembly was quickly resolved within minutes through a telephone call. Once together, the machine looked good and its compactness is perfect for a small bedroom. In use, it is quiet, vibration free, comfortable, and a pleasure to use. I can already feel the benefit to my tired old legs and sense of well-being - although I regularly swim and walk, it is not enough to maintain leg muscle. It will also be very useful at times when the weather makes it difficult to go out. A final point: I put off buying this machine for several months because I felt it to be too cheap - how wrong I was!”
