“No problems dealing with Sweatband.com online and really pleased with our DKN AM-E. The bike met all our expectations, easy to put together, sturdy build quality, plenty off exercise options, comfortable saddle and good for short or tall people my wife is 5ft 8 and I am 6ft 1. The design is compact and all in all good value for money.”

“Loved it at first, but then various bolts worked their way loose and had to be re-tightened, including the seat pillar (which suddenly dropped while the bike was in use!) Am now a bit wary of using the bike, although I do intend to give it another try. Maybe it takes more strength to put together than I could manage - I am a 61-year-old female, after all! Shall not give up just yet...”

“The exercise bike was delivered on time as promised. The bike was very easy to setup. No external tools are required. I was expecting some bit of noise while cycling but it is soundless.”
