“I had a problem with my machine, but Rob from sweatband.com came over to my place personally and tightened a few of the fittings. He also showed me how to just tighten them up incase it becomes loose again and starts squeaking. The machine no longer makes the squeaking noise it had been making and runs really smoothly. It's a great machine, it's very solid and feels like good quality for the price.”

“It's value for the money and for the price you can't complain, the only thing the harder it gets to move the pedals it rock's a bit from side to side”

“It runs smoothly so that is good. There is one small minor point. The connector to the main display units does not stay in very well. It would be good to replace the on board connector with a connector with a lock so the cable does not fall out.”
