Delivered exactly as promised right down to expected date, call day before advising 2hr delivery slot and driver phoning about 20 mins before arriving. 2 man delivery, both very polite and placed trainer exactly where requested. Trainer fairly simple to build,tho time consuming. Very quiet and stable in use. We found instructions how to input info into consul confusing but gradually getting it right. All in all, great thank you.”

“Fantastic cross trainer, very high standard wasn’t expecting it to be of such good quality. Very robust and easy to us, the instructions are straight forward and easy to read. Would highly recommend this product and will definitely buy from Sweatband. Excellent communication from them.”

“This is very good for the money. I've used it daily for three weeks and apart from a couple of squeaks - remedied by WD40 - it seems a solid and reliable piece of kit. Time will tell of course But so far so good, surprisingly.”
