“So far, my main benefit is after about a week of taking it, my concentration levels have improved, getting to sleep faster at night and my mood seems more consistent ( not feeling wound up over small things ). Highly recommend and i feel like the benefits are only going to increase.

“Very good value compared to other brands. Arrived quickly and easy to swallow. Did the dissolution test in lukewarm water and they dissolve quickly so assume they are working but they are meant to take a couple of weeks to build up and take effect.”
