“I’m trying this Ashwagandha out due to a number of health issues, I’ve only been taking it 7 days so time will tell if it helps. Packaging is great, easy to open, zip lock bag to protect it. It’s a Small tablet about 3mm diameter & 2mm thick. No real taste to it. If you have arthritis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure then this is a natural remedy that is worth trying.”
