“Seems ok. Hard to tell if there is any tangible effect but I'll continue to supplement my pre-workout with it and see how it goes. No noticeable effects like caffeine or Beta Alanine so tough to know if its having a benefit.”

It’s a Small tablet about 3mm diameter & 2mm thick. No real taste to it. If you have arthritis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure then this is a natural remedy that is worth trying.”
