“I’d love to be able to review the tomb of giants core set, but I was sent a resident evil expansion instead. I bought the core set as part of the Black Friday deals and haven’t received the item I purchased. Steamforged have not responded to my support email to ensure I get the item I purchased and I have no other way of contacting them. I’m so disappointed and annoyed, this was a Christmas present that I won’t be able to give. Steamforged don’t seem interested in rectifying the situation, and I would avoid making any purchases from them again in future. This is a considerable amount of money to be out of pocket. I hope this review helps others understand the risks involved in purchasing from this website, and maybe they will reach out to me and do the right thing.”
