“Pretty good device, I'm overall happy with it. I use an anti bruxism (grinding) oral appliance at night.
Pros : Easy to use, quick, appliance feels cleaner, after a couple of uses appliance looks cleaner, feels good to know it is sterilised with the UV.
Cons: Still has some build up after 5 uses (may just take a bit longer), the lid feels a little flimsy and does not lock down, the UV light does not turn off if you lift the lid (unlike the sonic go) so keep out of reach of children!!, you have to unplug and tip the whole thing out to empty the water (no removal internals).
I would still recommend it over simple brushing as it feels so much more hygienic and is low effort (ideal for adhd!).”
Hi Katherine - thanks for the review. I just wanted to reach out as the UVC light should always turn off as the lid is opened. There is a safety mechanism built in to ensure it never stay operational when the lid is opened. Please reach out to customer support to review this for you. Thanks
