They were able to help me and I’m happy with how well the pod cleans my retainers. For a deep clean I use half a tab every couple of weeks but otherwise my retainers are clear and clean with just the deep clean cycle. “The unit is a little bigger than i anticipated. It seems to work quite well; i have used both the 3 minute and the 5 minute settings. I do find that i have to fiddle with the connector, at the unit end, every time i want to use the unit. It won't turn on until i jiggle the connection of the cord, at the unit.”
