“Honestly, sometimes the software is buggy, but the support staff is STELLAR. Always quick to respond, kind, and helpful. When everything's working, Reference gives me the perspectives I need to make my mixes the best they can be. I had a lot of anxiety mixing with my near-field monitors; all of that went away when I picked up Reference and the calibration mic.”

When you acquired the license, it was during an upgrade sale, not a full license sale. For this very reason, you have received an upgrade code instead of a full license code.
