My experience with purchasing and using my product is excelent. I would only recommend to add possibility to exculde VAT from price during purchase, and before paying, if it is possible. Then it is no need to refund money back.
I am really very happy that I have become the member of Sonarworks familly. I have very well accoustically treated studio, but your great product makes it even better. I can hear more properly the amount of reverb, exact localization, true color of instruments. Marvellous for speakers and headphones as well.

“Excellent product. The instructions are very complete but slightly ambiguous so be prepared to spend some time working through issues initially. Once you get passed the initial setup having a speaker and headphone calibration works wonders for listening and especially for mixing.”
“I had my doubts as to whether or not using Sonarworks SoundID Reference/Measure would be able to help me tune my room. I should not have doubted at all. My experiences with ordering, receiving, and using the product have all been excellent. The software is easy to use and has great, short instructional video tutorials built in to help answer most questions when using. When I started, some parts of my room readings were okay, but the SoundID Reference allowed me to measure for those frequencies that were not as flat as I would like and then work to treat those areas. My attached image is showing what I was able to get to just with adjustments on my monitors, showing two areas that will get some treatment to make the result even better. Thanks to SoundID Reference, I was able to easily identify those areas that could use treatment and let the software take care of the finer adjustments.”
“The measurement works fine when you have the proper setup i.e. active speakers or an amplifier separate from the speakers. Note that it takes its time to fo measure all the points required to pinpoint the setup.”
