“Sonarworks SoundID Reference caused me to re-think traditional room sound treatment. It flattens frequency response based on accurate room measurements. However, the installation process was difficult. More difficult than necessary. The process is scattered between several documents and videos. It took me 2 hours to finally get the software up and running on my Mac. Then days later, it stopped working. More troubleshooting. Sonarworks needs to re-design the installation and setup flow to be seamless and question-less.”
