Great software, the calibration process is easy. The correction is very good after some tweaking (in my case, excluding a certain frequency band and reducing the correction at some specific frequencies with peak EQs). Very user-friendly software.

I use SoundID with the ADAM A Control software, utilizing my A8H's DSP: I find the correction to be slightly more phase accurate than with the Apollo add-on, although the latter is phenomenal with different headphones. I can easily toggle between different response curves to check the mix on the Mixcube emulation or with a 2db tilt when my ears start getting fatigued. I solved an issue around the 200hz area that made every vocal muddy and unintelligible and every snare way too rich in the fundamental area. Definitely worth the purchase.

Excellent software. Very useful as I cannot afford to treat my mix space acoustically.

First mix with Sonarworks was the best and most effortless mix I’ve done so far. If your room is not ideal I highly recommend it.

The sound reference and neutral sound is definitely worth it for the money, hearing your sound neutrally flat to tweak your mix with more accuracy is amazing- also just having SoundID for your over-all sound for bigger systems is pretty sweet.

Very good system wide solution for mixing. Quick to setup with multiple speaker/headphone profiles. Does a great job in keeping your listening position flat and musical.

It was comparatively straightforward to install (although as always, this could be streamlined). So in respect ofthe software itself, let's get the issues out of the way first. The interface in setting up was quite clunky, and especially, it wasn't necessarily obvious which options I should tick, and the help articles just complicated things further. I ended up putting in a support ticket just to resolve what should have been a simple question. In operation, around a third of the time, when I start playing audio, the sound is stuttery and lumpy. But at least, bypassing and reenabling the processing is all it takes to get clean audio back. Also, live tracking I generally have to do with the speaker correction bypassed. Nonetheless, it is a miraculous piece of software, especially for mixdown. What it has done to my speakers and my listening environment is completely transformational. Obviously, you have to get your room as good as you can first, but having done that, it corrects problems you didn't know you had, and the audio is suddenly pristine. A few easy wins on the customer-facing front, and it would easily be five stars.
