All the information I needed, both before and after buying, was easy to find. I haven't had to reach out to the Support Centre, which speaks well for how straightforward everything has been.
A few minor things could be improved: the calibration doesn't always stay active on my output automatically, so I sometimes have to manually click to reactivate it. I've also noticed the taskbar icon changed to a generic document icon instead of the original SoundID Reference icon, making it a bit harder to spot.
Overall, a reliable calibration tool that delivers on its promise — just a few small software polish issues that would make it even better.”
