Even with a good pair of headphones, the difference this makes is night and day, not only to do your mixes but also to study other artist's music and for an overall better listening experience. The software is extremely easy to setup and use as well.

Using SoundID Reference for Headphones, my mixes improved drastically. I can't afford a nice room/monitors setup or more expensive open back headphones, and this allowed me to get better mixes with my M50x's.

It’s a game changer. I was told that my headphones had a flat frequency response, but no. With sonar works I’m finally starting to get better mixes.

I think SoundID is a great concept and is executed perfectly. I didn’t think how much I might need something like this until I turned it on and started hearing the improvement in my mixes. It gave me the certainty that what I heard through my headphones would translate well to the majority of speakers. In addition their headphone frequency response catalogue was expansive and had many options for even the less used headphones. I have since told everyone I know about this product.
