“I have explored and am presently using SoundID VoiceAI both as the principal voice in the composition and as a choral counterpart to the lead. Employed as a harmonic layer, it proves surprisingly evocative the interplay of vocal textures and subtle shifts in timbre lend the piece a striking sense of depth and emotional resonance.
As a lead voice, however, the outcome is less fulfilling. Certain female tones, in particular, tend to grate slightly, lacking the warmth and presence of the original voice from which they are modelled. They fall short of fully inhabiting the sonic space, leaving an impression that is more artificial than expressive.
Still, given the nascent nature of this technology, I remain hopeful. With time, refinement is inevitable and with it, I believe, will come increasingly compelling and authentic musical experiences.”

However, always need to check the conversion results as AI may interpret some words incorrectly. I had to re-record a part of the original vocal several times to make AI understand it better. I was close to give up but eventually I made it work.
Also, sometimes, the plugin gets stuck on analyzing the track. I wasn't able to identify what causes it.
But overall it's a worthy product. I just hope it'll improve.”
