“Couldn't get it to open or load. Contacted Microsoft, got a tech remote log in and still not able to use. Asked software geeks for refund as not used; told no refund; that Microsoft don't support it. If its a Microsoft product don't see as can be the case. Wasted my money.”
“Bought this OS to load onto a custom build laptop I'd ordered from Novatech which was due 2 weeks later. Placed the order for the OS and received an email straight away with the down load site and the Key. I then copied onto a DVD, job done within 30 minutes. When the laptop arrived I inserted the DVD input the Key when requested. Then a few days later a message appeared from Microsoft stating the Key was invalid (the Laptop wasn't connected to the internet the first time as the drivers hadn't been installed) so I re-entered the Key and that was accepted.”
