“It was nearly a full star rating. However, I did have a few technical problems, that said the support was definitely 5 star as after a couple of emails I was sorted and I cant praise them more highly except to say that I will use and recommend them if I need or anyone I know needs any software”

“Program works fine, but had a lot of problems with the download. I contacted the help desk and the some of staff must assume everyone has a good knowledge of computing by short answers, often with technical terms I was not familiar with. The messaging system would be better with a phone line as it's hard to describe problems typing. Also the messages seamed to delete themselves after a period so you could not refer back to them. Overall I am happy with the product as I have it working now.”
