“Really pretty to look at, sturdy piece of furniture, feels safe. My only gripe is that it was delivered with 2 wooden dowels missing, so we had to source them from DIY shop as we’d already disposed of our snuzpod so couldn’t wait to have them replaced by snuz.”

“We had such high expectations due to the cost of the brand but have been left disappointed with the quality. Assembly was difficult / almost impossible due to blocked holes which had to be scraped clear before we were able to add screws. There was also damage at the front of the cot so have had to turn it around and therefore the branding is hidden. Overall disappointing- unable to return as package was already opened.”
