“The cot looks great, and was quite straightforward to build. One of the wooden pieces originally supplied had a fault which would have prevented proper assembly - but Snüz replaced this free of charge by next day courier. We were really impressed by how quickly the phones were answered when we needed to call customer service. Highly recommended”

“Looks amazing in our new nursery, we really love the design of it. Only downside was the assembly - we found the parts didn't fit together as well as lots of other flatpacks we have experience of assembling! Once assembled though it looks like it will do a fab job.”

“First of all, let me say that this quite a good looking bed and I was impressed by the finish and quality of the wood used. However, when it comes to putting this together, I struggled quite a bit. Some screw holes do not match perfectly and I had to use brute force to get it to fit properly(thankfully I have a strong husband). Also, the cam locks provided to connect the top parts of the sides are of poor quality and I broke them all trying to get them to lock. Thankfully, I had some spare cam locks, of better quality, from the kitchen I assembled earlier this year. I am not a stranger to putting together flat pack furniture, having put together a full kitchen, a sofa-bed, several bookcases and a bed. None of them was as difficult to assemble as this bed. Thankfully, once installed it is very sturdy and looks very good. Hopefully the manufacturer will consider using better connectors in the future, as this is a product meant to last 10 years and be used by children.”

“I couldn’t think of a reason to knock off a star which is why I gave 5 stars. Although It is REALLY difficult to put together and the instructions aren’t the clearest. Tip - don’t tighten the screws too much. As the wood bends a little and you won’t be able to fit the side panels in. We bought this cot because it fit perfectly in the recess in our bedroom. I also wanted a cot that was made entirely of real wood with non-toxic paint/vanish. We bought the green sheep mattress to go in it as it is natural and i think they should state more obviously that 70x140cm fitted sheets fit perfectly but I understand why they don’t. I don’t like the look of the converted toddler bed as much but that’s no big deal. Also I probably would have bought a completely natural snuzkot (without white) if it was available.”

“Looks really nice and baby seems comfortable with the related mattress. Assembly was relatively straight forward, however the instructions would be better if there were separate ones for each different style of bed and I thought certain parts were missing because they were packed in boxes unrelated to the parts that they attached to. My biggest complaint is that when the mattress is set at the lowest level, it is very hard to place the baby smoothly into the bed, lying down, because the rails are so high. They should have built a door you could open to get easier access in and out of the bed.”

“A really stunning product, fairly straightforward to assemble and it was delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately the wooden base for the mattress was delivered damaged, the wood chipped off from where screws are meant to secure. If I needed the cot immediately it would be useless, luckily that's not the case. It has only been a day since e-mailing customer service so I can't speak to how easy getting a replacement will be, but I would rate higher if it's not a big hassle.”
