“Excellent sound but watch out if using with Sky Q as issues with lip sync and Dolby Digital. This can sometimes be sorted with the optical cable supplied but requires it to be connected direct to the sky q box, so if you have eg Netflix coming direct from your tv you will have to manually swap input cables for Beam.”

“I have only had this unit a couple of weeks but it has worked faultlessly during this time. The setting up of the Beam was very easy using the App on my IPhone also. The sound quality is excellent and I would have given the unit a 5 Star rating except I have found that the Surround quality of the single unit does not appear to be very good and would probably come into its own with the purchase of two separate speakers but they are not cheap items and at this present time not affordable to me. However, overall I am happy with the performance of the unit.”

“Service a+ Beam sounds great a+ Unfortunately I own a Samsung tv which the beam has some connection issues with. The solution is easy enough you have to unplug your other hdmi cables and replace them. The bad news is you have to do this every time you turn the tv on. Far from ideal 70% of the time I just end up listening through the tv speakers. Loads of reviews from experts on YouTube and not one of them mentions this even though it would be a game changer for a lot of people?”
