“I swapped to the beam from the Sonos soundbar now discontinued, After setting up true play through the app, I found a slight difference but not as bassy as the original soundbar. I'm not spending out for a subwoofer at the prices of these.”

I also have to say I decided to ultimately buy the Beam 2 after watching the excellent, in-depth review on Smart Home Sound's YouTube channel. “I had the Gen 1 Beam which was fantastic and couldn't fault it at all. However, as soon as I saw the Gen 2 supported Dolby Atmos and a much faster processor, I knew I had to give it a try and I'm not disappointed! The Gen 2 sound is incredible and connected to 2 x SLs and a Sub, the surround sound is mind blowing. You have to get this Beam Gen 2, simple as that!”

“Love the Beam, and this is my 2nd (bought for a pressie. Great quality sound and Sonos quality. It does what it says on the tin if you know what I mean. Bit pricey but the whole range is.”
