“Alice the owner was caring and helpful in providing everything a family of twelve required. The purpose designed building was star studded especially the bathrooms which presented luxury and purpose in plentiful supply. But the out of this world characteristic the house yielded was privacy and inner harmony inspired by the breathtaking scenery looking out from our south facing panoramic windows. In a word….fantastic.”

“Hill View was a beautiful well equipped property with stunning views and lovely hosts. The only issue we found was limited refuse and recycling facilities for the size of property. Although the hosts were very helpful in trying to help with that.”

“Fantastic house, beautifully laid out and decor was great. The ovens were fairly substandard/basic and the honesty lost for any breakages a bit odd given how much you pay for the property so to replace the odd Ikea glass here or there should be built into this price. I’ve never been asked to do this at any previous accommodation. Nevertheless a wonderful barn in a beautiful spot and I wouldn’t think twice about booking again.”

“We had a great weekend at Hill View. Beautiful views from the property and surrounding area lovely too. Hot tub was fab. Beds very comfortable and superb bedding. Towels could have been bigger and better quality. Maybe a welcome pack ….. cake, bottle of wine or something.”

“The property we stayed in was fairly new , only completed in 2019. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area which had an absolutely huge dining table which was perfect for big parties. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully appointed. We recommend a change around of the mirrors in the bedroom and accomodate some chairs so the ladies had somewhere to do hair and makeup but I think the owners were taking care of that. The hot tub was absolutely great and luckily we had the weather so we used it a lot. Very relaxing enjoyable 50th birthday celebration was had by all. If you are looking for a caterer I wouldn't recommend Le Frog . in comparison to another caterer we had the experience was not good and the food was average and seemed to be bought in. :-( Aside from that I wholeheartedly recommend a stay . :-)”
