I bought these products to which I had a reaction too.
I emailed Customer Service and I was instructed to return the items for a refund provided that they had hardly been used. I returned the products and had to pay for the postage.
Today I received a telephone call stating that they were unable to issue a refund as stated in my email as the Customer Service Adviser had made a mistake.
I have informed the company that I will get advice on this matter.”

“I love the concealer, it's a great daily light coverage for sensitive eyes.
Sadly can't say the same for the dry eye gel; it's gloopy, doesn't sink in and is so sticky that it actually causes more under eye creases than I actually have.”
“I periodically get eczema on my eyelids. I tried a lot of products that just didn’t work until I found this duo. I use the concealer as a base under eyeshadow and the gel at night. As long as I keep using them, I don’t get any flare-ups. If I stop, these will clear it up in a couple of days. “I love both of these products and have used them for years. The eye gel is lovely and soothing and also has a plumping effect on my eyes. I use it around my mouth on my smile lines too as my skin is very sensitive there and brakes out very easily, but with this it doesn't.
The dry eye concealer is beautifully smooth and melts into my skin. It hides my dark circles without causing any drying unlike a similar product that cost twice the price which causes my delicate under eye skin to flake and go red.
