“The dry eye gel is really very soothing, it’s the only thing that calms the dry skin around my eyes and it gets rid of that tight feeling across my eyelids. I always keep some in my bathroom cupboard because I don’t like to be without it.
The concealer is good too but I must confess I haven’t used it as much as the gel.”

“I have suffered for the last 3 years with dermatitis around my eyes and I'm currently on a waiting list for dermatology appointment. I stumbled across these products and felt I had nothing to loose. My eyes were red, itchy, watering and burning. The gel has helped to calm the redness and dry patches, it does sometimes sting a little upon application. However, the real star for me is the concealer. It is light weight but covers redness and has not aggravated my skin and in fact has helped to get it under control again. I appreciate it may jot have the same results for others but worth a try when the company offer refunds.”

I bought these products to which I had a reaction too.
I emailed Customer Service and I was instructed to return the items for a refund provided that they had hardly been used. I returned the products and had to pay for the postage.
Today I received a telephone call stating that they were unable to issue a refund as stated in my email as the Customer Service Adviser had made a mistake.
I have informed the company that I will get advice on this matter.”
