“I was diagnosed with Rosacea about four years ago. Unfortunately I also get horrible white spots around my nose and chin area. My doctor put me on oral medication which was a life saver at first until I realised this was not the long term solution. The improvement was almost immediate, the yellow head pimples that regulary appeared together with the acute redness have almost gone. I found the email that was sent to me recently about how to get the best out of the cream really useful - now I know the little white beads are supposed to be there and most do smooth into the skin on use. This is only a little cross to bear considering the plus points of using the Day Defence Cream. The tube may seem pricey but it lasts me 4-6 months so really good value for money.

“I have been diagnosed with rosacea three years ago and I thought my life is over (literally). I must have spent hundreds of pounds on other products to try to control my rosacea but none of them really worked. The closest product which calmed my skin a bit was Bioderma cream. Since using KALME for past 4 weeks it has made such a difference to my skin & I now feel more confident and happy! I can't fault it, my skin is so much better . I've ordered some more however, I'm very displeased with the customer service! I've recently ordered 3 KALME creams as I was running out of the first one…I had no communication (emails) for almost 5 days! So rang the customer service and was advised that they will be available from 14th August!!!!! I wasn't aware of it when I initially ordered them! Now they have put on the website ‘’pre-order’’ and ‘’available from 14th August’’ it wasn't there when I have placed my order on 12th July!!!! I have had no apology or call back from manager as requested! NOTHING..... Oh since then I have ordered KALME night cream (as i don't have day cream!) over the phone and since it was over the phone they didn't credit me with any points……sadly……….”
