“I first used the 15mg then when they ran out ,I went on to 30 mg been using them now from the 23rd of April,for osteoarthritis in my knees ,even though I feel better in my self ,I am not noticing any difference in my knees ,I have been putting them on for the full 36 hours each time ,around the knee area in different places ,,but not actually on the knee bone ,as I'm not sure if it would penetrate through the bone ,I'd. Like to keep trying them but works out expensive if not doing the job I got them for .But I would recommend others to try them for themselves x”
