“These work well for me - I have multiple spinal problems which lead to pain and cannot take pain medication. I would give them 5 stars but the patches leave a ridge of dirty sticky "goo" which is a bit difficult to remove. But worth the effort of cleaning up afterwards for the pain relief!”

“Size is not too large, see through so not overly noticeable. Glue is very very good, I wipe with a alcohol wipe first to remove all skin oils, warm patch up between palms then they stick great. I have a few illnesses so I have overall pain in all my joints, but it has definitely improved 80%, even prescribed painkillers couldn't take it away as much the patches. I like the convience of applying a patch every few days as I forget to take pills every 4 hours and sometimes can't anyway. I would recommend these.”

“Much better than the regular patches but the be effective had to place in the same area (side of knee) which resulted in sore red skin . I’ve switched to tablets now”
