“Needs help to put up after working out attaching the supports, but once up looks and is good, quite expensive however. Time will tell as far as durability goes, but pleased now it is up”

“My 2.5m handrail is a nice piece of oak with one biggish blemish which could be hidden on the underside. The brackets are well made and look good but are rather too large (9cm protrusion, 7cm rise); a choice of sizes would have been helpful. The plastic cylinders on which the steel end caps fit were hard to centre accurately but ended up just good enough.”

“Arrived within timeframe predicted and well packaged. We requested them to trim to size ,which they did. Only slight hiccup was trying to call on phone but they did respond very quickly to email to confirm my instructions. would be happy to use again”

“I needed the handrail quickly and delivered on a particular day. The company responded very well and I received the handrail on time. The quality of the handrail and fittings are as expected. I expected some fitting tips/guidance and recalled having seen mention of the need to drill pilot holes somewhere on the website. Subsequently I couldn't find anything on the site to help with fitting. The wall plugs provided were way too small for the screws, I used larger ones I had and drilled the holes a size larger but the tight fit caused several screwheads to be damaged. These I replaced myself. Pity about the plugs, would have got 5 stars.”
