“Good product generally. Few observations- screws supplied are not up to the job, tighten too much and they break , not what you want for a handrail. Brackets are a bit fiddly to adjust . Finished job looks good.”

“The handrail and brackets are fine but the screws supplied with it aren't really fit for purpose. The screws for attaching the brackets to the wall are only 40mm, which is a bit short, and the screws to attach the brackets to the handrail are a bit too long - 40mm going into a 50mm(ish) diameter pole. The first two of these screws sheared off before they could be driven all the way in. I'm left with holes and bits of screw sticking out from under the handrail which I've had to file down.”
