“They arrived fairly quickly and once put up look good and are comfortable to hold. The dome caps are nice and rounded, which is what we wanted, unlike the image shown. We didn't treat the wood but will probably put a coat it in the warmer weather so it looks and feels even better.”

“Very pleased with my new hand-rails. Just one quibble. Would it be possible to include a paper drilling template for the ends of the rails in order to centre the end caps efficiently. Professisonals may have no problem or a fancy tool that does this for them; crass amateur DIYers do not. Otherwise, as I say, I am very pleased with your product. From one ex South Staffordian.”
