“This was a well made handrail which was delivered in good time and very well packaged. Stainless steel fittings were easily attached to the white oak railing and fixing to brick wall quite simple. The stainless steel fittings look really good with the white oak railing. Would certainly use this supplier again.”

“The handrail arrived in good time, well packaged. However one of the end parts was missing and the sawn end splintered. I am unable to use it and emailed to request a replacement along with a photograph to show the poor cut end. I have heard nothing and am now out of pocket with a useless rail.”

“Only downside was a few missing screws because the packaging had a small tear - would have been avoided if screws had been contained in a small bag. Otherwise all components nicely made and easy to fit.”
