Good quality but don't use the screws that come with the fittings because several snapped off. they are not strong enough to go through oak

The customer service in ordering my handrail was helpful and otherwise fine. The end caps are a nice finish to the oak, there two issues with the handrail however. It was a shame they forgot two things..... the shorter of the two brackets and the cutting to overal length to my dimension which should have included the end caps.......

Very pleased with service and delivery, now installed. SUMMARY 1) Oak rail had one slight gouge/blemish- not a problem as fitted underside, but if there were two or more top/bottom/side etc it would not be good. 2) 12 Screws required but only 8 sent. All Stainless, but Head, Guage and Length of those received only really the best for one fitting. 3) Premium Brackets: excellent quality, as were the round end caps. One rail mounting plate was loose and I feared broken, before realising Allen Screw fittings proposed a useful 'Alternative' for my specific use with the wall very close to the door frame. Customers may like to know of this mounting option, ( if using a tradesman or are 'DIY Handy'.. as setting the rail mounting plates tight and square to wall plates is tricky), and most may prefer the fixed plates on the Standard Bracket.
