“These oak handrails are of exceptionally fine quality and when capped with the stainless steel domes, provide a stylish solution to a common problem. We now have two such handrails. The first was required for a flight of stairs about 3 metres long and, when fitted, gave a solid reassurance to us when descending what is a very steep flight of steps. Having been in the house for nearly 40 years without the banister we puzzled as to why we had not thought of it before. In conclusion the product is to be highly recommended.”

“The stainless steel end caps and brackets look great, the timber has a few dents and rough areas, which we sanded down. One suggestion: please pre-drill the holes in the ends, for screwing in the brackets for the end caps. We destroyed 2 drill bits in fitting 6 end caps, which remained in the drill hole and made it incredibly difficult to fit them centred. Also maybe pre-drilled holes for the wall brackets, at the recommended distance?”

“They are good solid rails but wish they came with some basic instructions as I was fitting on to a completely new wall and would have liked some height and spacing ideas also think the longer rail possibly needs 3 brackets not 2”
