“Very good quality oak handrail and quick delivery. The supporting brackets are very well made as are the end caps. The only disappointment is that it is extremely difficult (or as my very experienced joiner said - impossible) to accurately align the end cap fittings with the end of the rail. He did use the template and made many slight adjustments but without success.”
