“We really like our new handrail. It looks very smart and we have had several compliments from the people who have seen it. It was relatively easy to install, although the number of screws and wall plugs that arrived with the handrail didn't match the number of brackets provided (we were given an extra bracket to what we expected), so we had to buy a few extra wall plugs.”

“The handrail does look very nice & so do the antique brackets.....but we have not been able to put it up yet as we have not received the correct plastic inserts for the end antique caps. We were given super glue & asked to use that, but we have refused as we don't want any chance of super glue getting on the rail. Its now been just over two weeks & we are still waiting for the correct plastic inserts......we are not happy after shelling out £200 for it......c'mon simply handrails sort it out.”

“Would NOT recommend this company!!! Highly disappointed and will be returning my order. Poor communication, late order and end caps that do not fit properly. Didn’t have any look in getting them replaced and sent superglue as a quick fix.”
