“The handrail itself is nice however the delivery company Tuffnells are terrible leaving the £133 banister outside the house ready for anyone to take even after trying to change the delivery date. Once opened there was hard scratches/ houses near the joining sleeve. I have rang simply handrails 3 times and every time left a answerphone message and not once have they replied. Poor service, terrible delivery, a good product once damage was hidden.”
