“The handrail came in two parts and was easy to install. The only issue that we had is that the wall plugs and screws that came with it did not match. We had brown wall plus with very large screws which could not be used. We would however definitely buy from this supplier again.”

Hi Urmin, The screws and plugs do work with each other. It is a common guess that they have to be the same size. They dont. There are very few plugs on the market and they are always standard sizes. Screws can come in lengths up to 200mm long. They all fit the same plug. There are videos of this on DIY videos on Youtube if you get stuck. All our screws and plugs work with each other.
