“The tags worked great. Took little getting use to scanning but will incorporate it into my preshot routine. Still learning on how to enter/edit putts. Overall love this!”

“I really wanted to like Connex. I had an X5 watch but was hoping to find a shot tracking method that didn't require wearing a watch, and would more reliably register every shot and putt. I always have my phone with me during a round and liked the idea of tracking my round on a larger screen than the X5. Unfortunately, I had serious problems with Connex every round, to the extent that I couldn't relax and enjoy playing golf. Having to remember to scan a club before every shot became a hassle, especially when playing with others and trying to interact and keep up pace of play. I also experienced major issues with the app, such as having it stop a round and start a new before the end, without me confirming. Several other issues with the app that prevented me from finishing rounds. I finally returned the Connex tags and have gone back to using my X5 watch.”

“While the club scanning part is OK, i don't always play 18. When I try to look at my round it had to direct it to see my weaknesses and strengths. Also, if I need to make a club correction it is impossible.”

“Value for money doesn’t begin to describe what you get. The stats are brilliant. The only downside is the small amount of faffing with one’s mobile each shot. Probably should buy the V5 watch.”

“At first the tagging mechanism with my phone was not ideal until I put my phone into aeroplane mode and now everything is simple. The dashboard is brilliant and easy to use the performance metrics are very good I can see how well I hit all my clubs and get accurate stats over all the rounds I play I would highly recommend Connex to any golfer especially if they are looking to improve their game”

“I was spot checking the yardages that the app was reading out with my range finder and it was very accurate, to the point where I dont even use my range finder when im using the app. It gives you alot of useful feedback backnand stats. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that golf's with a smart phone and wants to track progress and data.”

“This is a fantastic product and great insight however having my phone unlocked through the round is not ergonomic. I know it would be counter to profit centres but an Apple Watch app would make this a no brainer. I think what I need is one of your watches instead.”

“I have tried a few times to use Shot Scope with my connex sensors but give up during the round as I find it slows me down… Unless I’m using it wrong, you have to have the app open on your phone and select the hole and tap each time you hit a shot, if the app is open in your pocket you have to hope it stays on the scanning screen, you have to tap every putt and then mark the hole, then advance the hole… all this puts you under pressure time wise. It’s definitely something I’d use playing on my own during practice but I haven’t enjoyed using it generally.”
